experiement : how to test out your close up lens for LCA

it is an experiment only
i am testing if it works as a close up lens for LCA~
(actually to any point and shoot cams)

the chicki toy (close up target object, computer screen is better ! )
a sheet of film bag plastic
a lens - got from the gakken stereo pinhole viewer kit which i never used

a lens got from an old camera (29mm)
and a film plastic can with a hole at the back

combine them

adjust the length of the film can untill u can see things clearly
for 29mm lens, the can with a hole is of 32 mm tall ~ (minus the lens distance, it is again 29mm)
(in the picture: it is a ruler pattern - but with my eye i can see full space of that pattern)
so here you got a close up magnifier

paste the film bag plastic sheet onto LCA film rack

stick the lens you got

put the close up magnifier at the back

record the distance u need to get a Good focused image
here's where I am at ~ testing pics will be uploaded later :p

and info abt the gakken stereo cam viewer tool lens
it may be useful to those who has that toolset
front lens (didnt show up here) : 14 cm,
rear lens (the long connected one shown up above) : 8cm
