open up waiwai as usual


clean up the "x" cross area on the outer shell


remove the lens and shutter cover, stick on with your pinhole "lens"


check diagonally to see if light can reach the sides and corners


nail a plastic cover to the flash switch


clean up the bumps


put everything together
